- The holder of this e-card is deemed to be the beneficiary
- The validity of the e-card is for 90 days from the day of activation. It must be redeemed within the validity period
- This e-card can be redeemed only at Hopintown e-commerce portal & m-commerce site or app
- This e-card cannot be redeemed at any other offline or online retail outlets
- No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced card
- Every e-card will be applicable for a specific membership pack. One e-card applicable for a membership pack cannot be used for any other membership pack
- Once the e-card is redeemed, the member can avail of the benefits & privileges of the membership for the duration of the membership
- HopInTown reserve the right to terminate, modify or extend the timelines and features of the e-card, at any time at its absolute discretion, without assigning any reason

- Enter 16 digit Card Number and 6 digit PIN, click on “Check Validity”
- Enter Member Details like Name, Mobile Number and Email ID etc, click on “Redeem”
- On successful redemption, the HopInTown membership helpdesk team will connect with you and get you started with the membership
- The membership start dates are generally 1st / 11th / 21st of any month. You will be assigned the membership start date closest to redemption date
