• CasX Voucher is valid for 5 months from the date of activation.
• Users can avail benefits of a Maximum of 3575 for 5 months i.e. 715 for each month.
• If not used within the same month, the unutilized point will expire. It won't transfer over to the next month.
• Users will get 5 months of subscription to our GV portal for the purchase of Gift Vouchers for different brand discounts. The user can choose between Petro Card top-up or buying any brand discount voucher (Points can be used in any of these services).
• Renewal of the CasX Voucher is required every 5 months in case the user wants to keep on getting the benefit.
• Users are requested to call our customer care @ 9280392804 for any queries for a quick resolution.

WOW:-

• RSA service is available within a 25 km radius of the city center (railway station).
• RSA (Roadside Assistance) and home service cannot be combined; choose one as free and the other as paid.
• Home Service includes general service and general repair.
• WOW RSA service offers temporary fixes and, if needed, drops to a workshop.
• For RSA, customers can choose our suggested workshop or the nearest one. We do not guarantee the services of the workshop chosen by the customers.
• 3 months or 1000 km warranty for general service (whichever comes first).
• Prior appointment is required for general service and car wash for quicker service and convenience of the customer.
• Services are provided only to the registered vehicle number.
• The price of the specific car care services not included in your WOW package may vary depending on the type of service.
• Users are requested to call our customer care @ 9638610000 for any queries for a quick resolution.

• After the purchase of the voucher, a WOW representative will call you to discuss your vehicle details to ensure the most suitable services are provided.
• Our executive will be happy to schedule your WOW car care service at your convenience. They will connect you with a WOW representative to confirm your appointment.

Zero & 1:

• Our executive will work with you to gather your desired contact information and help you create and personalize your Zero & 1 digital business card and digital presence. They will guide you through crafting a mini-website accessible with a simple tap.
• Once all the information is gathered, you will get your physical NFC card in 10-15 working days.
